How it works

From first call to first load: about a week.

No black box. Here's exactly what happens, in order — how we report once you're rolling, and everything we handle after the truck is unloaded.

1
Rate review call — 30 min, free

Your equipment, lanes, home time, and your real cost per mile. No obligation.

2
Carrier packet

MC/DOT, W-9, COI, and — once your attorney-drafted dispatch agreement is in place — a signed agreement. We handle broker setups.

3
You meet your dispatcher

By name. Direct line. WhatsApp.

4
First load — you approve it before we commit

Nothing books without your yes.

Reporting

Built for how big you actually are.

Most dispatch services hand a fleet owner one number. We hand you the one that actually changes a decision.

One truck

Your own weekly report: loads booked, rates, RPM, deadhead, and what we turned down and why.

Five or six drivers

A report for every single driver, plus a fleet rollup — revenue, average load, RPM, deadhead %, empty days.

You'll know which truck is your best one. And which one is quietly losing you money.
The back office

Booking the load is the easy part.

Invoicing

We prepare and submit your invoices with the BOL, rate con, and every accessorial the day you deliver. The broker pays you directly — we never touch the money.

Record keeping

Every rate con, BOL, POD, and invoice filed and retrievable. When a broker disputes a load nine months later, you have it in two minutes.

Short pays & chargebacks

A broker short-pays and calls it a “detention adjustment.” Most owner-operators eat it. We chase it, in writing, with the documentation.

Accessorials

Detention, layover, TONU, lumper — papered from hour one. You keep 100% of everything we recover.

Insurance

We'll tell you what coverage you actually need — not what an agent wants to sell you — and connect you with people we've worked with for years.

Two lines here — invoicing money-flow and any insurance referral fee — must be confirmed with counsel before publishing. [COMPLIANCE: confirm]

Find out what your truck should be earning.

Thirty minutes, your lanes, your numbers. We'll tell you what you're leaving on the table — and if it's not much, we'll tell you that too.
